Cellulosic Filler Varnish

DESCRIPTION :
Solvent-borne, one component parquet filler varnish, based on nitrocellulose.

PROPERTIES :
Dries quickly and sanded easily. Prevents wood to penetrate top coat varnishes, provides smooth surface for top coat applications.

APPLICATION AREA:
All types of wood and parquet surfaces.

APPLICATION METHOD:
Dirt, grease, oil, rust, old loose or flaking materials must be removed. Ready to use. If necessary it can be diluted with Dekorsan Cellulosic Thinner. Applied by brush or roller. Dilute with 10- 20% of Dekorsan Cellulosic Thinner for airless spray gun. Depending on the surface, two or three coats are applied with 20-30 min break between coats. After 1-2 hours of application of last coat, surface must be sanded depending on the ambient temperature. Tools can be cleaned with Dekorsan Cellulosic Thinner. 

DRYING TIME (25 C):
Tack free: 15-20 min., sanding: 1-2 hours.

SPREADING RATE:
10-15 m²/L area is covered dependent on the substrate for single coat.

STORAGE:
It has a shelf life of 2 years if stored unopened in cool frost - free conditions.
