Concrete Surface Primer

DESCRIPTION:
Acrylic emulsion based primer to be applied for exposed concrete surfaces, walls and ceilings to improve adhesion, open time and workability of gypsum and cement based mortars.

PROPERTIES:
Used on interior and exterior areas, it enhances adherence to exposed concrete surfaces, prevents rapid water loss and increases workability and open time of cement and especially gypsum based mortars on vertical surfaces and ceilings.
APPLICATION AREA: It is applied on exposed concrete walls, columns and ceilings before gypsum and cement based mortar application.

APPLICATION METHOD:
Surface Preparation:Application surface should be cleaned of any kind of oil, grease, rust, paraffin and old loose or flaking materials which will restrain the product from adhering on surface.
Priming:After by diluting 30-50% of water depending on the desired viscosity and mixing 3-5 minutes to gethomogeneous and lump-free mixture, it is applied to the surface with sheepskin roller as one coat. It should be mixed with specified periods during application.

SPREADING RATE:
4-7 m²/kg dependent on the substrate. (for one coat)
