DESCRIPTION:
Water borne exterior paint, based on silicone emulsion.

PROPERTIES:
Thanks to silicone additive, it has high water repellency property and water vapour permeabililty. High water permeability, allowing building to breathe. It has high resistance against sunlight,humidity, alkali, salt humidity on coastal areas and negative effect of rain. It has superior opacity.

APPLICATION AREAS:
All types of exterior mineral facades; masonry, concrete, plaster, brick, tile,
asbestos, cement etc. It shouldn’t be applied on elastic paint system.

APPLICATION TYPE:
Surface Preparation:
Dirt, grease, old loose or flaking materials must be removed from the surfaces. Old painted, weak and chalky surfaces to be cleaned. Cracks etc. to be repaired with Dekorsan Wall Putty Exterior New mineral surfaces to be primed one coat with Dekorsan Primer.Old, weak, limed surfaces and chalky substrates to be pre-treated with primer. Never us isolation primer.If the application will be on the cement based decorative plaster,Dekorsan should be used as a primer
Application: Dekorsan Exterior should be applied 24 hours after primer application. It is diluted with 10-15 % with water and can be applied 2 coats with brush, roller and spray. Wait min. 6 hours between the coats.The application shouldn’t be done at rainy, windy and hot weather.

SPREADING RATE:
Depending on the surface ; When Dekorsan Primer is used; 8-10 m²/L and 5-7m²/kg for one coat.
